Resource Oriented Development Initiatives KenyaRODI aims to reduce poverty, crime and re-offending in Kenya. It does this by equipping school pupils and prisoners with agricultural and agro-processing skills and resources so that they can become self-reliant and gain an income. Interact Worldwide is working with RODI on the programme “Rights-Based HIV Prevention & Impact Mitigation among Prisoners, their Partners and Families, & Prison Workers in Kenya” supported by British Aid. |

Story Workshop Educational TrustStory Workshop exists to use drama to raise awareness and address health and welfare issues faced by Malawians. Story Workshop does this through a range of different media, such as; radio, community theatre, print, video documentaries and dramas, and community dialogues. Story Workshop’s radio programmes are particularly effective reaching 68% of Malawi’s population. Story Workshop is currently working with Interact on the “Positive stories from Malawi” programme, supported by Comic Relief. |

National Association for People living with HIV and AIDS in MalawiMalawi’s leading network of support groups for people living with HIV and AIDS. NAPHAM aims to promote quality care, support, and to reduce HIV transmission. It provides home based care, counselling, and runs education and awareness activities in communities. It encourages HIV testing and prevention strategies too. NAPHAM has over 27,500 members in more than 250 support groups nationally. Interact has worked with NAPHAM for over 7 years, and is currently partnering with us on the “Positive Stories from Malawi” programme. |

Malawi Network of AIDS Service OrganisationsMANASO dedicated to the reduction of HIV and the alleviation of suffering caused by the HIV epidemic in Malawi. It uses coordinated action, capacity building, mobilization, and allocation of resources to the various AIDS Service Organisations in Malawi. MANASO is working with Interact on the "Manga MANASO, Manga Malawi: empowering key vulnerable communities & strengthening rights based approaches to addressing their needs" supported by British Aid. |

Ethiopian Muslim's Relief and Development AssociationFounded in 1994, EMRDA has worked on education, reproductive health, HIV and AIDS services, small scheme water development, vocational and skills training, civic education, orphan and vulnerable child care and support, child labor reduction, the empowerment of women, capacity building of community organisations, and emergency relief. EMRDA has a wide reach and huge experience working with all vulnerable groups the country. They currently work with Interact on the ViiV funded prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV programme. |

National Network of Positive Women EthiopiansNNPWE is a specialized Network of people living with HIV and AIDS Associations, positive women being its main constituents. The main aim of the Network is to support the formation and functioning of positive women associations and regional networks across the country. Interact is currently partnering NNPWE on the ViiV funded prevention of mother to child transmission of HIV programme. |

Uganda Protestant Medical BureauInteract is an organisation with no religious, political or governmental affiliations, or beliefs. However we acknowledge that partnering with organisations of faith is sometimes a way of reaching vulnerable groups, allowing us to have a greater impact on health. UPMB are one of several faith based non-governmental organisations Interact works with in developing countries. UPMB and Interact are working together on the "Closing the Gaps" to safe motherhood programme supported by the BIG Lottery. |

Uganda Fisheries & Fish Conservation AssociationUganda's fishing communities are marginalised by their way of life and remoteness, which add up to vulnerability to HIV. UFFCA's mission is to have; "well mobilised and organised fishing communities capable of advocating for their interests, human rights and making sound resource management decisions at all levels". We're working with UFFCA on the project "Comprehensive HIV and AIDS Prevention among Fishing Communities on Lakes George and Edward in Uganda" supported by British Aid. |

Research for Equity and Community Health (REACH) Trust, MalawiREACH trust undertakes research that promotes equity in health, and influences policy. Founded in 2004, the organisation grew out of a long-established research collaboration between the Malawian National TB Control Programme, the Department of Sociology at the University of Malawi, and the Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine. The REACH Trust’s current portfolio is on tuberculosis, HIV, and malaria. It uses social, clinical and biomedical research to approach these issues. REACH is currently partnering with Interact on the "Positive Stories from Malawi" programme. |

Sexual Minorities UgandaSMUG is an umbrella organisation advocating for the rights of LGBTI people living in Uganda. Homosexuality is illegal and highly stigmatised in Uganda, and SMUG operates without official certification in a very hostile climate; one of very few indigenous voice for LGBTI equality within Uganda, and one of the best known in Africa. In early 2011, David Kato, an advocacy officer working for SMUG was brutally murdered in an attack, which is strongly linked to homophobia. Interact Worldwide strongly believes in equality for all people, we've been working with SMUG on a project supported by the Human Rights, Sexual Orientation and Gender Identity Support Fund since 2011. |

Children in Need Institute, IndiaCINI aims to meet the needs of mothers and children living in poverty. It runs nutritional services, pregnancy and under-5 care, and has a specialist HIV and AIDS clinic. CINI trains health workers and communities on child protection, welfare, trafficking and education. Interact is working with CINI on two programmes “Promoting Rights-based Action to Improve Youth and Adolescent Sexual and Reproductive Health including HIV and AIDS in India(PRAYASH)" and “Community Partnerships” supported by the EC. |

LEPRA Society, Health in ActionLEPRA Society works to promote quality healthcare in India, particularly for people living with leprosy, tuberculosis, malaria, lymphatic filarisis, HIV and AIDS, blindness, and other health conditions exacerbated by stigma and social discrimination. Interact is working with LEPRA on "Promoting Rights Based Action to Improve Slum Dwellers’ and Key Vulnerable Communities’ Sexual and Reproductive Health including HIV and AIDS in Urban Slums of Bhubaneswar City" supported by the EC. |

Solidarity and Action Against The HIV Infection in IndiaSAATHII supports organisations working to combat HIV and AIDS in India; ensuring coordinated and expanded responses to the epidemic. It organises meetings and encourages networking between different organisations. As well as advocating for HIV and AIDS prevention, and support for those already living with HIV. SAATHII has campaigned for law changes concerning sexual rights. Interact works with SAATHI on "Building the Capacity of People Living with HIV and Sexual Minorities in Orissa and West Bengal to Advance their Health and Rights". Supported by the British Aid.

Pakistan Voluntary Health and Nutrition AssociationPAVHNA is an umbrella organisation which aims to improve sexual and reproductive health in Pakistan. It is has over 40 non-governmental and community based organisations as members. It runs various projects through these organisations, including programs focusing on particularly at risk groups, such as adolescents and female sex workers. It also offers member organisations training to them to help them function more effectively. Interact and PAVHNA have been working together since 1990. Most recently on the "Naya Qadam (Next Steps)" project supported by the EC. |
